This is a key role within our Home Ownership team, supporting the delivery of a high-quality, customer-focused service across resales and leasehold management. You will take ownership of a broad range of transactions and enquiries from start to finish, acting as a trusted point of contact for customers and stakeholders throughout the homeownership journey.
Working collaboratively with colleagues, you will play an important role in progressing sales, managing leasehold services, and ensuring all activities are delivered in line with regulatory requirements and organisational standards. The role also contributes to service resilience through shared team responsibilities, helping to maintain continuity and consistently achieve performance targets.
