We're looking for a proactive and organised Learning & Development (L&D) Assistant to join our Human Resources team on a six-month fixed-term basis. This is a varied and hands-on role where you'll provide essential day-to-day support across the L&D function. You'll be part of a friendly, collaborative team and play a key role in helping learning initiatives run smoothly.

You'll thrive in this role if you enjoy problem-solving, working with data, and keeping things organised behind the scenes. The workload can be busy and priorities may shift, so you'll need to stay calm, adaptable, and focused.

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role (ideally within HR or L&D)
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Confidence using technology, including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • A methodical approach and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to get stuck in
