Housing Scheme Assistant (£14,755 per annum, £25,997 full-time equivalent, 21 hours per week) Job Role We\’re looking for a friendly and reliable Scheme Assistant to work from our extra care scheme, Bowles Lodge in Hawkhurst. You\’ll support the day-to-day running of the scheme, focusing on housing related services, not personal care. The successful candidate will have a passion for working with older people, as you will help to create a supportive and positive environment for our residents. We\’re looking for someone with excellent communication skills and lots of enthusiasm to achieve goals and develop their skills within a vibrant community.
