Head of Repairs in Sevenoaks, Kent

We have high ambitions for the service following the launch of our new strategic plan this year and are looking for a Head of Repairs to drive forward our vision.

Head of Repairs (£75,000 – £80,000 per annum)

Job Role

You'll take a strategic approach but stay close to the detail, because we know that every repair counts. You'll lead a passionate and engaged team that understands the importance of first-time fix, and you'll be the key driver in meeting and exceeding our ?repairs on time' KPIs, with direct accountability to the Executive Team.

We're looking for someone who:

• Knows what great repairs delivery looks like and how to get there
• Can lead operational in house and contractor teams with clarity, energy, and purpose
• Wants to make a visible difference to residents' experience every day
• Can work collaboratively across departments to deliver a joined-up service
• Shares and models our values.
