We need people who enjoy communicating with others whether via the phone, email, web or social media. You will need to be confident using the latest technology and will also like to problem solve and be happy to 'go the extra mile' for our customers. You will have a positive attitude, excellent communication and customer service skills, and be committed to always doing the best for the customer. You need to be self-motivated and able to thrive and maintain quality results in a busy environment.

The role will be based in our Sevenoaks Office, however we offer a flexible approach to hybrid working. Hours are 37 hours per week, 8.45am to 5.15pm Monday to Thursday and 9am to 5pm on Friday.
