Contract Manager (Leasehold and Service Charge) (£48,500 per annum, full-time)
Job Role
We are looking for a Contract Manager to join our Rents and Service Charges team.
In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the relationship management of homes where West Kent is a leaseholder. You will manage day to day management of our insurance programme and other key contracts recovered by service charge such as with Managing Agents and support on management of service charges for residents.
