Job Role
As Business Lead for Repairs, you’ll be responsible for driving process improvements and ensuring high-quality delivery across systems like Civica Cx, Advanced Financials, and Microsoft 365. Reporting to the Head of Business Design, your focus will be on optimising customer-facing processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and embedding change across the repairs service.
You’ll lead system design reviews, manage business process transformations, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement solutions that improve service delivery. This role demands strong analytical skills, housing sector knowledge, and the ability to influence and guide change. West Kent uses Civica Cx to manage our repairs service, knowledge of this system is desirable.

Location & Hours
The role will be based in our Sevenoaks Office. We offer a flexible approach to hybrid working with full-time employees spending two fifths of their working hours in the office.
The successful candidate will need to be able to work occasional evenings or weekends during upgrade cycles.
