You will be passionate about using qualitative and quantitative data to maximise efficiency, improve our services and predict future trends. As well as building reports, you will be able to use your insight skills to identify key areas of improvement. You will work with data owners and our data analyst to identify data that needs cleansing to improve our data quality.
You will need strong analytic skills to sort through complex data sets and produce reports based on your findings. You will use customer segmentation to support decision making and use data modelling techniques to predict future trends. You will visualise data using Power BI to ensure we present information in a user-friendly format.
You need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with conflicting deadlines.
