West Kent Golf Club is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and highly skilled Head PGA Golf Professional to join our team. This exciting role offers an opportunity to lead and shape our golf operations, delivering exceptional service and creating a welcoming, member-focused environment for golfers of all levels.
As Head Professional, you will have the autonomy to manage and grow your own business while contributing to the overall success of the club. You will oversee all aspects of the golf operation, from lessons and fittings to retail, ensuring the highest standard of service for members and guests.

Experience and Qualifications:
- Qualified PGA Professional
- Proven experience as a Head Professional or in a similar leadership role
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create and deliver engaging lessons and golf clinics
- Retail experience and ability to manage Pro Shop operations
- Ability to manage and maintain tee-time reservations for an efficient course flow
- In-depth knowledge of golf rules, etiquette, and techniques
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive experience for members and guests
- Conduct individual and group golf lessons for players of all skill levels
- Offer golf club fittings and facilitate equipment sales
- Manage tee time reservations and ensure an efficient flow of play on the course
- Oversee the Pro Shop, ensuring it is well-stocked and organised
- Stay informed on industry trends and offer expert recommendations to members and guests
Compensation Package:
- Retainer plus a percentage of Green Fees and Buggy Hire
- Driving Range Income
- Majority of prize vouchers from competitions, redeemable in the Pro Shop
