An exciting opportunity has arisen in the School of Engineering for a full time Lecturer in Motor Vehicle based at our Construction and Engineering Campus in Luton.

The successful candidate will teach across a variety of Motor Vehicle courses, which includes full time IMI Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 courses.

You will be able to deliver engaging and interactive theory sessions that will motivate learners and link to industry, along with delivering practical sessions in a workshop.

You will put Teaching, Learning and Assessment at the forefront of everything you do and aspire to excellence in all areas of work. The successful candidate will value the learner experience and will be a strong role model for our learners.

The ideal candidate will be highly effective at managing time, meeting deadlines and must be confident that they can contribute to and improve our team.

You will need to hold appropriate professional qualifications and have at least 5 years of experience in the motor vehicle industry. Holding a teaching qualification is desirable but not essential as training and the chance to achieve a teaching qualification whilst working for the College will be provided. Assessor and/or IQA qualifications would be advantageous., Disability Confident
