Job summary
We are seeking a Respiratory Rota and Bookings Co-ordinator to manage and oversee the Respiratory Consultant Rota and outpatient scheduling for West Hertfordshire Hospitals NHS Trust.
The post holder will play a key role in coordinating the consultant rota to ensure adequate workforce coverage across all sites. They will also be responsible for managing clinics and scheduling respiratory outpatient appointments efficiently.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will also be responsible for scheduling Respiratory outpatient sessions. They will manage their own workload and work closely with clinical teams to arrange backfill, ensuring adequate capacity and the smooth running of the service.
The post holder will be able to work independently as well as collaboratively within the management team, effectively prioritising tasks in line with service needs.
