Overview

Join our growing Admin and Clerical Team! Our service is expanding, with opportunities to join our Radiology Clerical team. The positions have a main base at St Albans City Hospital and Hemel Hempstead Hospital, with opportunities to work across all or main hospital sites. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills who thrive in a close-knit team while collaborating with a wide range of professionals across our hospitals. You will provide vital administrative and clerical support for all imaging services. If you have experience in a customer-facing role and are interested in a rewarding NHS career focused on patient support, this could be the perfect opportunity. Working patterns will be discussed at interview.

Welcoming patients and service users to the department. Booking patients in for their examinations and directing them to the relevant sub waiting areas. Arranging Imaging appointments in line with clinical pathway targets. Answering telephone queries and performing other general clerical duties. With a new hospital planned for Watford and work underway to update theatres at St Albans City Hospital, this is an exciting time to join us.
