Richard Taunton Sixth Form College is seeking a committed and experienced Healthcare Team Leader to take a leading role in supporting students on-site with a diverse range of medical needs.
This is a permanent term-time only role (39 weeks), working 37 hours per week.
The salary for this role is paid at Spine Point 31 of the Support Staff Pay Scale - £33,230 FTE, £28,565 actual.
The role will involve developing and implementing medical protocols, providing direct support to students with identified healthcare needs, and working collaboratively with external professionals to ensure effective care planning and smooth transitions.
All successful candidates will be required to complete an enhanced DBS disclosure.
