The successful candidate would be providing a professional carpentry service while delivering comprehensive day-to-day general maintenance support. As a key member of the Estates team, the post holder ensures the operational continuity of the school through rigorous proactive upkeep and efficient reactive repairs.
Due to the nature of the role, the ideal applicant must hold NVQ 3/City & Guilds in Electrical Technical or equivalent with significant experience in electrical installation and fault finding. A more general knowledge of general maintenance is also required.
