We’re looking for a proactive and adaptable IT Technician to join our dedicated Information Systems Team at West Hatch High School.
About the role
This is a hands‑on, varied position supporting the day‑to‑day running of IT across the school. You’ll be working closely with staff and students to ensure systems, devices, and infrastructure run smoothly—no two days are ever the same.
From troubleshooting technical issues and maintaining hardware to supporting classroom learning and managing digital platforms, you’ll play a key role in enabling teaching and learning through technology.
37 hours per week, full year

Who we’re looking for
We’re seeking someone with:
- Strong IT troubleshooting skills (hardware & software)
- A good understanding of Microsoft systems and basic networking
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A proactive, problem‑solving mindset and a team‑oriented approach
