Men’s First Team Performance Analyst

We are seeking a Performance Analyst who thrives in the fast‑paced environment of elite sport. The ideal candidate will remain composed under pressure, demonstrate strong game intelligence, and bring the creativity and technical expertise needed to support our First Team. Applicants should be proactive, analytically driven, and motivated by the challenge of delivering high‑quality insights in a demanding performance setting.

Developing a close working relationship with key members of the Analysis department to aid continual progression and provide a more efficient workflow.

Excellent knowledge of performance metrics and data analytics tools.

In this role, you will support the creation and issuance of required reports for communicating KPIs to leadership and internal customers (Master Schedulers, Planners, Forecasters, and Configuration Managers).
