The Role:
We’re recruiting several Match‑Day Ticket Office Assistants to join the team for the 2025/26 football season at London Stadium. You’ll be the first point of contact for supporters purchasing tickets, providing friendly and professional service in a fast‑paced environment.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Assisting fans with ticket purchases
- Handling transactions confidently
- Delivering first‑class customer service

Requirements:
Fixtures & Flexibility:
- Men’s and Women’s home fixtures will be mainly at London Stadium
- Match days may vary (including evenings and weekends) due to the Premier League broadcasting schedule
- Flexibility is essential but with a zero‑hours contract, you stay in control of your availability
