Working Hours: 40 hours per week. Flexibility required in line with the football calendar. Weekend and evening work required. Working pattern dependent on the football calendar and match schedule.

Contract Type: 12 month fixed‑term contract.

About The Role: West Ham United Women’s Video Producer role within the Football Video Team, leading ideation, production and execution of all women’s video content across the club’s digital channels, supporting the department and progressing to a lead role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Football Video Team in delivering engaging video features aligned with club content strategies.
  • Lead all stages of production for women’s matchday video content.
  • Work closely with the Women’s Content Team in delivering video assets to help execute social strategy across club channels.
  • Contribute creative ideas for wider club campaigns and women’s content initiatives.
  • Support the ideation and delivery of partner and branded content.
  • Assist in the creation of anniversary and heritage content and manage the WHUTV archive.
  • Stay up to date with new trends, formats and ideas within football and digital media.
  • Build strong working relationships with women’s team players and staff.
