Capitalising on the Premier League’s accredited Coach Development Programme, this role supports the development of future coaches within professional football while delivering The West Ham Way to Under‑11 players.
Responsibilities
- Lead the coaching and development of the U11 age group, delivering high‑quality training sessions, match preparation and Individual Development Plans in line with the Academy philosophy.
- Work closely with multi‑disciplinary staff to create a positive, supportive and high‑performance environment for young players.

Requirements
- UEFA B Licence.

- Passion for player development and learning.
