Are you energetic, organised and ready to get behind the scenes at West Ham United? We’re looking for enthusiastic Seasonal Online Store Assistants to join our Retail team during one of the busiest periods of the year.

West Ham United Seasonal Online Store Assistant

Location: London Stadium

Pay: London Living Wage (LLW)

Contract: Zero Hours - Seasonal

Start Date: Beginning of November

Interviews: Face-to-face at London Stadium, 14th-16th October

Working as part of our Online Fulfillment team, you'll help make sure West Ham United supporters receive their orders accurately and on time.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders.
• Making sure orders are packed carefully to prevent damage or loss of stock.
• Processing Click & Collect orders.
• Completing regular stock counts and helping keep inventory accurate.
• Replenishing stock and keeping products available for customers.
• Supporting product personalisation, including shirt printing.
• Keeping the warehouse and dispatch areas tidy, organised and compliant with Health & Safety requirements.
• Supporting other Retail teams, including the Warehouse and Stadium Store, when required by your Line Manager or Supervisors.

• Flexible and willing to support different areas of the Retail operation.
• Quick to learn and happy to take on new tasks.

Previous retail or warehouse experience is useful, but enthusiasm, reliability and a great attitude are just as important.
