Seasonal Online Assistant – Christmas Temp
Location: Stadium Store, London Stadium
Schedule: Weekdays, home matchdays, evenings & weekends
Salary: London Living Wage
Contract: Temporary (Christmas Period)

Join West Ham United FC this festive season as a Seasonal Online Assistant – Christmas Temp, supporting our Online Despatch Team during one of the busiest times of the year.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and despatch customer orders efficiently and accurately
- Ensure that all orders are packed securely to avoid damage or loss of stock
- Process Click & Collect orders in a timely manner
- Handle customer refunds and exchanges following correct procedures
- Complete regular stock counts to ensure inventory accuracy
- Replenish stock as required to support fulfilment and retail operations
- Carry out product personalisation, including shirt printing
- Keep the warehouse/dispatch area tidy, organised, and compliant with Health & Safety procedures
- Support other retail departments, including the Warehouse and Stadium Store, as directed by your Line Manager or Supervisors

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Flexible availability, especially during the festive period and on matchdays
- Previous experience in retail, e-commerce, or warehouse roles is desirable
