Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service & Sales
- Greet every customer warmly and professionally upon entry
- Deliver exceptional service and product knowledge on the shop floor
- Support customers with enquiries and ensure a positive shopping experience
- Promote key products to increase sales and conversion
- Work towards personal and team sales targets with energy and enthusiasm
- Handle difficult or dissatisfied customers professionally and calmly
- Store Operations & Standards
- Assist in the merchandising, ticketing, and tagging of stock
- Replenish best-selling products to maximise availability
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation across the sales floor and stockrooms
- Participate in daily store tidy-up and ensure areas are ready for trade
- Ensure all stock is correctly priced, tagged, and displayed to visual standards
- Support with visual merchandising and shopfloor replenishment activities
- Loss Prevention & Stock Control
- Maintain high awareness of store loss prevention practices
- Observe customer behaviour and report suspicious activity to management
- Assist with stockroom and shopfloor audits as required
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Essential
- Experience in a customer-facing retail role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume, fast-paced store
- Strong attention to detail and personal accountability
- Understanding of loss prevention procedures
- Confident working to sales targets
