Position Summary: Matchday Ticketing & Turnstile Assistant – London Stadium, Stratford, London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist supporters with ticket purchases, collections and ticketing enquiries.
- Provide professional and friendly customer service at all times.
- Operate ticket scanning equipment and turnstile systems accurately.
- Serve as the first point of contact for supporters entering the stadium.
- Support matchday and non‑matchday Ticket Office operations.
- Ensure supporters are directed to the correct areas of the stadium.
- Work closely with Safety Stewards and Stadium Operations staff.
- Help maintain safe, secure and efficient entry procedures.
- Attend pre‑match briefings and follow operational instructions.
- Report incidents, concerns or operational issues to supervisors.
- Complete sign‑in, sign‑out and availability requirements in accordance with club procedures.
- Undertake additional duties as reasonably requested by management.
