Location: Chadwell Heath & Rush Green Training Grounds

Full‑time | 23‑Month Fixed‑Term Contract.

Schedule: 37.5 Hours per week.

Salary: £31,500 per annum.

Capitalising on the Premier League’s accredited Coach Development Programme, this role supports the development of future coaches within professional football while delivering The West Ham Way to Under‑11 players.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the coaching and development of the U11 age group, delivering high‑quality training sessions, match preparation and Individual Development Plans in line with the Academy philosophy.
  • Work closely with multi‑disciplinary staff to create a positive, supportive and high‑performance environment for young players.

Requirements

  • UEFA B Licence.

  • FA Safeguarding Certificate, Emergency First Aid and Enhanced DBS (before employment).
  • Passion for player development and learning.
