West Ham United is seeking a Head of Supporter Services and Fan Engagement to lead our supporter engagement strategy across the Club, governing bodies and key stakeholders. You will oversee a six-strong team and drive the delivery of the Club's supporter communications, engagement programmes and policy frameworks, ensuring a best-in-class supporter experience.
