West Ham United F.C. is looking for a Data Analyst to support key commercial and marketing decisions across the club. This role will play a central part in shaping fan engagement, driving revenue growth, and supporting long‑term strategic planning through data.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying opportunities to grow matchday and non-matchday revenue.
  • Creating predictive models to improve marketing performance and fan engagement.
  • Building dashboards, reports and automated insights for senior leadership.
  • Supporting fan experience initiatives with data‑led recommendations.
  • Maintaining CRM database quality and GDPR compliance.
  • Collaborating with teams across marketing, commercial, digital and content.
  • Creating audience segments and profiling to support targeted campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Degree (or equivalent) in a STEM or marketing‑related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a data or analytics role.
  • Strong SQL plus Python or R experience.
  • Experience using Tableau or Power BI.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Experience working with large datasets.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Interest in football or sport.
