We are looking for an organised, proactive, and people-focused Club London Administrator to join our premium hospitality team. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of Club London, supporting the delivery of exceptional experiences for our members, guests, partners, and stakeholders both on matchdays and throughout the year.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Supporting the Director of Sales with administration, reporting, order processing, and away ticket scheme management.
- Assisting with the planning and delivery of Club London matchday operations.
- Supporting the wider sales team and Sales Analyst with administrative tasks and reporting.
- Managing bookings through Ticketmaster and our bespoke dining systems.
- Ensuring customer data is accurately recorded and maintained within our CRM systems.
- Building strong relationships with Club London members and stakeholders.
- Managing member enquiries, resolving complaints, and escalating issues where required.
- Acting as a professional ambassador for West Ham United on matchdays and at events.
- Managing diary scheduling and meetings for the Club London Director.
- Supporting networking initiatives, hospitality events, and business development opportunities.
- Attending meetings both on-site and off-site with senior stakeholders.
- Supporting pitch-side visits and premium hospitality experiences on matchdays.
- Making outbound calls to Club London members and prospective clients.
- Identifying new events and experiences that help generate revenue and enhance member engagement.

Working Environment:
This role is primarily office-based at London Stadium with very limited home working opportunities. As this is a football club environment, flexibility is essential. Additional hours may be required during busy periods, events, and matchdays. Successful candidates must be able to attend a minimum of 80% of West Ham United home fixtures.
