- What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcome every customer with a friendly and professional approach.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout every interaction.
- Help customers find products and answer any questions.
- Process cash and card payments accurately.
- Replenish stock, merchandise displays and ensure products are correctly ticketed.
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards throughout the store.
- Keep both the shop floor and stockroom clean, organised and safe.
- Support the team in achieving sales targets and delivering an excellent customer experience.
- Assist with stock deliveries, replenishment and stock control.
- Help reduce stock loss by remaining vigilant and reporting any concerns.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the store operates smoothly.
