West Ham United is on the hunt for a Kit Hero to help our Academy squads look sharp and ready for action. If you’re passionate about football, organised, and enjoy being part of a team, this could be the role for you.

Location: Chadwell Heath | Salary: £29,500 | Hours: 37.5 per week | Working days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday + one evening a month | Driving licence required: Full UK driving licence

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Prepare match‑day and training kits – clean, folded, and ready to go 🧺
• Ensure U18 players and staff are fully kitted, plus support U9–U16 squads one evening per month
• Manage kit stock levels, order new kit, and track everything efficiently
• Print training and match kit to meet Premier League, EFL, and UEFA regulations
• Support home and away fixtures – travel may include overnight stays
• Keep the kit room, laundry, and department organised and tidy
• Communicate daily with coaches and staff about kit needs

Requirements:

• Hardworking, reliable, and enthusiastic
• Meticulous with attention to detail
• Flexible with working hours and able to adapt in a fast‑paced environment
• Good communication skills and able to work well in a team
• Football fan with knowledge of the game
• Full UK driving licence
