About the role
We’re excited to offer an opportunity for a Sales Coordinator to join our team on a permanent basis, supporting our French customer base.
This is a varied role that combines customer service, sales administration, order processing, pricing administration, and coordination with logistics and finance teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Process customer orders accurately using internal systems and EDI.
- Manage customer enquiries and provide a high level of customer service.
- Maintain pricing information, quotations, and customer records.
- Coordinate deliveries and communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Produce sales and customer reports as required.
- Collaborate with colleagues across Sales, Logistics, Transport and Finance to support business objectives.
- Provide support and cover for other team members.
Skills, knowledge and experience
- Essential - Strong French language skills (spoken and written).
- It would be advantageous if strong German language skills, although not essential.
- Previous experience in an administrative, customer service, or sales support role.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- A proactive, flexible approach and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
