To coordinate the delivery of Mind in West Essex’s training offer, maximise income from training, and ensure bookings, trainers, and courses are managed efficiently. The role focuses on coordination, income generation, and performance.

Key Task Areas and Responsibilities

  • Manage the training calendar and website booking system
  • Allocate sessions to approved freelance trainers
  • Ensure training sessions are booked, confirmed, and delivered smoothly
  • Act as the main point of contact for training enquiries
  • Respond promptly to all training enquiries
  • Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
  • Track bookings, attendance, and income
  • Maintain e-Learning courses, ensuring content is up-to-date
  • Work with Finance Team to ensure accurate invoicing and income reporting
  • Promote and manage a small number of agreed standard training packages
  • Ensure consistent use of standard materials and pricing
  • Support delivery of bespoke training only where agreed and fully costed
  • Work with Local Mind colleagues to promote their training on our website
  • Work with Community Connectors, SLT, and External Communications Coordinator to ensure upcoming and e‑Learning courses are promoted

Expectations

  • Collect feedback and evaluation data
  • Monitor trainer performance against agreed standards
  • Flag quality or delivery issues to the Training Manager
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Maintain training records, evaluations, and learner data in line with GDPR
  • Work with Admin colleagues to ensure efficient processes
  • Produce simple performance reports for the Training Manager
  • Keep abreast of internal and external developments and respond accordingly
  • Undertake other duties that may be necessary as directed by the Manager, that are compatible with nature and grade of post
  • Adhere to relevant legal and statutory requirements including the Data Protection Act (always ensuring an appropriate level of confidentiality), Health and Safety at Work Act (always ensuring H&S of own and others) and any other relevant/charity law
