Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Advisor, located in Stirling. The Service Advisor will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing service appointments, and acting as a liaison between customers and the service team. Daily tasks include:
- Accurately diagnosing customer needs
- Coordinating vehicle maintenance
- Maintaining high customer satisfaction standards
- Ensuring smooth communication between departments
Qualifications
- Excellent Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer-focused Service skills
- Strong Communication skills to engage with customers and team members effectively
- Understanding of Aftersales processes is highly desirable
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar automotive service role is an advantage
- Proficiency with computer systems and record management
