West Dunbartonshire Council is seeking to recruit a key member of the Working4U Management team. The team member will have direct line management responsibilities and a key role in shaping the Working4U approach to delivering key Council and Partner strategies while ensuring delivery of high quality integrated and specialist customer service in the areas of:

  • Employability including: National Training Programmes, UK and Scottish Government programmes (employment and training initiatives), and other externally funded programmes and initiatives.
  • Community Learning and Development including adult learning and community literacies, digital literacies, and youth services.
  • Advice Service including welfare benefits advice and assistance, money advice and financial education and effective responses to welfare reform.
