Responsibilities
This position is considered Regulated Work with Children under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2020. Membership with the PVG scheme is essential, and preferred applicants will be required to join or update their PVG membership before an offer is made. Employment is exempt from section 4(2) of the Rehabilitation of Offenders (Exceptions) Order 1975, meaning applicants must disclose all convictions, including spent ones.
