Lennox Primary School has a Class Teacher vacancy for 14 hours/week. We are looking for candidates who are enthusiastic and committed to sustaining school improvement and providing high quality learning and teaching, in line with the key Council priorities of inclusion and of raising the aspirations, achievement and attainment for all students.
Candidates must be a fully or provisionally registered teacher within West Dunbartonshire Council and/or on the current supply register.

FOR VACANCIES AT DENOMINATIONAL SCHOOLS: Evidence of Catholic Church Approval - Applicants must seek Catholic Church Approval when submitting their application for the post and a copy of the Approval should be provided to the Chair of the Panel prior to the interview. Where this is “pending” we will seek confirmation from our Church Representative that approval application has been submitted.

ResponsibilitiesThis post is considered as Regulated Work with Children under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007 and as such membership with the PVG scheme is essential. Further details of this scheme can be found here. Preferred applicants will be required to become members of the relevant PVG scheme, or undergo a PVG Scheme update check prior to a formal offer being made by West Dunbartonshire Council.
