Job Description

An exciting role has come up and will be responsible for ensuring the Council provides quality maintenance, repairs and asset improvement services through management, planning and delivery of key projects carried out and managed by Building Services. This will secure the provision of responsive, quality, value for money services that support West Dunbartonshire Councils\’ strategic plan.

The main purpose of this post is to ensure a first class service is delivered for the Councils maintenance, repairs and improvement services including leading on and acting as the interface for client services.- The successful candidate will lead and coordinate the provision of a wide range of management information and performance reports including benchmarking activities and coordinate operational and management activity to ensure the highest standards of customer experience and service excellence, including the full integration of the Integrated Housing Management System.
