The predicted salary is between 24227 - 29611 £ per year.

Work Pattern: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm. This role provides the management and supervision required for the effective running of the school office. With direction and support from the Business Manager and SLT, the post holder is responsible for the first line management of the office staff dealing with all employee relations matters as well as coordinating, allocating and directing all administrative duties required within the school. This post holder also liaises with external and internal partners on school-related issues such as schools estates, health and safety, school lets, etc.

An administration-related qualification or equivalent relevant experience in an administration and/or business environment is essential for this role.

This post is considered as Regulated Work with Children under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2020 and as such membership with the PVG scheme is essential. Preferred applicants will be required to become members of the relevant PVG scheme, or undergo a PVG Scheme update check prior to a formal offer being made by West Dunbartonshire Council.
