What you’ll need:

You should hold a relevant Building Standards or related qualification: e.g. BSc, or have evidence of significant professional competence and expertise gained through considerable experience working as a Building Standards Surveyor.

You will have recent experience of working in Building Standards and an awareness of the Scottish Government’s current work aimed at improving the performance, expertise, resilience and sustainability of the Scottish building standards framework and services across Scotland.
