This post is Fixed Term initially to 27/09/2026. West Dunbartonshire Health and Social Care Partnership is responsible for ensuring that we raise charges where people are assessed as being eligible to contribute to the cost of their care and support in a fair and equitable way. The team also looks after payment run for residential/nursing placements which are set up to pay our commissioned service providers.

We are looking for a Clerical/Admin Assistant to join our team to support this important work. This is a fast-paced role that offers variety, the opportunity to develop new skills and to progress your career. If you have excellent organisational skills, a good grasp of Microsoft Office products such as Excel and Outlook, and a positive attitude to learning new skills and ways of working then we’d love to hear from you.

Requirements

The preferred candidate will be required to complete a Level 1 Disclosure check prior to a formal offer being made by West Dunbartonshire Council.
