5 x 30 hour post, Permanent. 1 x 28 hour post, Permanent. As these posts are part time, the salary will be pro-rata to the number of hours worked.

We are looking for dynamic and caring Care Assistants to provide personal care and support to residents as directed by senior staff. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean, fresh and homely environment, providing person-centred care for individuals and groups of residents consistent with their needs through the provision of a range of duties including personal care and meaningful activities.

The successful candidates should hold an SVQ in Social Services and Healthcare at SCQF Level 6 or SVQ 2 Health and Social Care or be willing to undertake this in post within 3 months. This post is considered as regulated work with adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2020 and as such, membership with the PVG scheme is essential.
