Job Description
Hourly Rate – £13.12.
These posts are based in Dumbarton, Alexandria, and Clydebank. They are relief (casual) positions to meet service demands.
The post holder will manage Facilities Management Services within various premises, undertaking duties such as staff supervision, key holding, cleaning, porterage, food handling, and other responsibilities outlined in the job profile.
Adherence to Food Safety Systems and Health and Safety legislation is required. Previous experience in these areas is advantageous. The candidate should be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Requirements
This role is considered Regulated Work with Children under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2020, requiring membership of the PVG scheme. Details about the scheme are available here. Applicants must become members or undergo a PVG update check before a formal offer.
Responsibilities
The employment is excepted from the provisions of section 4(2) of the Rehabilitation of Offenders (Exceptions) Order 1975. Applicants must disclose all convictions, including spent ones, as failure to do so could lead to dismissal or disciplinary action.
