Main Responsibilities
Responsible for, but not limited to:
- Providing strategic leadership and driving the development of the Trust's estates vision and strategy.
- Providing strategic advice, direction and reporting to Trustees.
- Establishing, monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of all estates systems, policies and procedures, reviewing and refining them as necessary.
- Developing and implementing best-value strategies across all areas of estates management.
- Carrying out the role of Health and Safety Officer for the Trust.
- Carrying out the role of Fire Safety Officer for the Trust.
- Leading estates-related projects and managing external contractors to ensure compliance, quality and value for money.
- Ensuring that the Trust's estate remains safe, compliant, efficient and fit for purpose.
