  • Cumbria
  • £25,775 £27,276 (£12.71 £13.45 per hour) + up to £6,000 sleep-in allowance
  • 839 hours per week (flexible contracts available.

About the role
Youll support people with learning disabilities and additional needs to live as independently as possibleat home and in the community. Every day is different, but your focus will always be on promoting choice, dignity, and inclusion.

  • Supporting daily routines such as personal care, meals, and household tasks
  • Encouraging independence and helping people achieve their goals
  • Supporting hobbies, social activities, and community involvement
  • Accompanying individuals to appointments and outings
  • Building positive relationships with families and the wider community
  • Monitoring wellbeing and following personalised care plans
