West Coventry Academy is seeking to appoint a reliable and organised Reprographics & Media Technician to join our support staff team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to contribute to the smooth running of school operations in a busy and rewarding environment. The Reprographics Technician will be responsible for managing the school's reprographics service, ensuring high-quality printed and digital materials are produced efficiently to support teaching and learning. In addition, the role will provide administrative support to the main school office, helping ensure the day-to-day operations of the school run smoothly.,
- Managing the day-to-day operation of the academy's reprographics service
- Producing high-quality printed materials for teaching and learning
- Managing printing, photocopying, binding and finishing of documents
- Maintaining reprographics equipment and liaising with suppliers for servicing and maintenance
- Providing general administrative support to the school office
- Supporting the preparation and distribution of school communications, letters and documentation
- Working collaboratively with the wider administrative team to support the effective running of the school
- Experience of working with reprographics or print equipment
- IT literate and confident using Microsoft Office and print software
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Can manage multiple requests and deadlines in a busy environment
- Has strong communication and customer service skills
- Flexible and willing to support a range of administrative functions within the school office
