We are looking for a positive, customer focused individual to provide a professional reception service within our Hairdressing, Beauty and Makeup Artistry Sector at our Clydebank Campus. This is an exciting role which will allow you to support the curriculum staff and students whilst running a busy salon reception.
Your duties will include:
- Attracting, coordinating and arranging client appointments
- Generating retail sales
- Stock control
- Providing reports
- Dealing professionally with customer queries
You must have relevant Administrative and Reception/Front of House experience and demonstrable skills in dealing with the public and with managing payments. Applicants must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, effective IT, administration and organisational skills and work well within a team setting. The highest standards of customer care are expected.
