The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service and an effective reception service for all customers. They will manage first aid and emergency calls effectively and in accordance with College procedures, as well as observing and implementing College procedures in respect of Data Protection and Health and Safety.

You will have experience of providing a frontline information/reception/telephony service, as well as experience of providing excellent customer service. It is essential that you can demonstrate the sensitivity, tact, diplomacy and integrity required in the post. You must have competent IT skills, excellent inter-personal skills, and a customer-focused approach to work. You will answer and process all calls courteously and effectively and record and forward all enquiries (e.g. telephone, voicemail, email) timeously to relevant College departments and staff in accordance with College procedures.
