Job Role
Working as part of a large team in our 340,000 sq ft Andover warehouse.
Our Warehouse Operatives are vital to our ability to deliver a highly effective and customer focused service.
We offer a variety of value-added services to our customers; including next day delivery, bill and hold, pre-delivery inspection and configuration services.
If you join us, this is what your day to day will look like
- Responsible for doing Replens and Stock Moves provided by WMS team.
- Work closely with WMS Analysts, who are responsible for Providing work throughout the day.
- Comply with Replens and Stock Moves standards set by WMS.
- Ensuring productivity levels are high and targets are achieved, understanding Replens are time sensitive for other departments achieving their targets.
- Monitoring stock across the warehouse and highlighting any issues not complying with WMS stock positioning.
- Able to operate a Reach Truck and Stock Picker at first. Training can be provided.
- VNA enhancement will be considered when needed however not guaranteed.
- Replens on Mezzanine floor using pump truck.
This role will be mainly within WMS, but you may be deployed at any time to other departments when the business demands.
- You will be trained to run Urgent Replens when needed.
- Ensuring our stock is stored safely and as per our standards.
- Cleaning and maintaining the warehouse will also be part of the daily routine.
- With heavy equipment in operation warehouses can be dangerous places, so following workplace health and safety rules will be essential.

- Understanding of warehouse operations.
- Previous experience within a fast-paced warehouse environment
- An organised and methodical approach to work.
- Able to follow warehouse processes and procedures.
- Attention to detail, able to complete repetitive tasks to a high standard.
- Strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Able to work to tight deadlines and within a fast paced and high-pressure environment.
- Able to work unsupervised.
- Experience with a recognised WMS (Manhattan, Infor, SAP) would be desirable.
- Have a positive attitude with a focus on problem solving.
