The Job Role

As Partner Business Manager you will be responsible for building strategic relationships with our major accounts to achieve targets and objectives. Your focus will be to develop relationships at multiple levels within partner and the business, drive product adoption and share of business within the partner. You will map and develop accounts through pro-active calls and meetings, understand their business strategy and formulate account plans to drive success, making Westcoast their number 1 Distributor.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Create and Implement account development plans to exceed revenue and margin targets.
  • Develop relationships at senior levels within account portfolio to ensure Westcoast are their partner of choice.
  • Work strategically with accounts to increase partner entanglement scores.
  • Create drivers to increase revenue, margin and product adoption.
  • Manage customer pipeline, produce accurate weekly forecast reports.
  • Orchestrate and run Partner business reviews (QBRs).
  • Work collaboratively with other business areas to deliver against operational excellence goals.
  • Work with partners to understand their strategic objectives and position Westcoast as an imperative partner.
  • Be innovative by creating bespoke projects/services to solve partner challenges.
  • Work with internal account management team to maximise deals, be an escalation point.
  • Build relationships with customers vendor account managers to increase deal visibility and preferred supplier status.
  • Proactively manage commercials to improve margin or gain share.
  • Introduce new products into account base, formulate GTM plans utilising internal resource.
  • Work with account Exec Sponsors to deliver against account development plans and entanglement.
