Working within the Technology Solutions Services Team you will provide support across all aspects of the Contract Services Business. Each of the key responsibilities is broad and there is plenty to learn, no two days are the same in such a fast-paced business! Adapting to customer and managerial requirements are common practice and key to the role. The successful candidate will demonstrate commitment, focus, excellent attention to detail and good team ethic. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established team with big growth targets.

The role would suit someone with an interest in technology, with previous experience of working with contract services and/or renewals being preferred but not essential. If you join us, this is what your day to day will look like:

  • Working from various inboxes to help with processing contract support orders and quoting smaller renewals.
  • Main vendors are HPE, Dell, Lenovo & Third-Party services.
  • This consists of various responsibilities:
    • Part Number Creation
    • Order loading (Internal & External)
    • Renewal quotes
    • Contract Amendments
    • Pipeline Reports
    • Conference Calls
    • Sale & Customer Support
    • Cancellations & Credits

To be successful in this role you will have some of the following skills and experience, and the desire to develop in other areas:

  • Previous experience in an administration role
  • Building good working relationships with internal departments, resellers and vendor
  • Must be well organised and have good eye for detail
  • Able to work well under pressure
  • Excellent MS Office application skills
  • Effective and Confident Communicator – Clear and concise written and spoken communication skills
  • Confident decision maker
