The Product Services Engineer will be assessing, testing, cleaning, and repackaging a wide range of items from various returns channels. This can vary from sound products, machinery, cleaning to I.T products.

Westcoast Product Services are looking for highly motivated individuals who can reproduce high standards in every single case, year upon year. Taking responsibility for maintaining absolute conformance to the principles of the operation is a key personality trait to ensure success in this role.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Assessing, cleaning, and returning to saleable condition a wide variety of returns.
  • Ensuring data and customer information security.
  • Check in of deliveries to ensure all goods stated have been received.
  • Learn new procedures and testing solutions for new products.
  • Liaise with the overall Andover operation to ensure end to end efficiency.
  • Stock management.
  • Engage and build relationships with Westcoast key stakeholders in Goods In, Dispatch and VAS.

To be successful in this role you will have some of the following skills and experience and the desire to develop in other areas:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong and disciplined attitude to work.
  • Good grammatical and numerical skills.
  • A proven history of Diagnostics and assembly of various IT and electronics devices.
  • A good knowledge of Information Security Deletion Principles, Standards, and software.
  • Previous Experience with Aiken Workbench or similar Diagnostic Packages.
  • Good knowledge of Word, Excel, and mail packages.
  • Training on MHE would be beneficial.
  • Ability to maintain focus for long periods of time, always delivering consistency.
